my screw for guitar strap does not un-screw at all it turns when u turn it but it doesnt come out at all only one doesnt work the other un-screws fine what do i do i really really want to use the strap

Why are you trying to unscrew them? The strap slips over them.

It says to unscrew only if you plan on playing lefty.

speaking of straps...we need to get some straplocks for these bad boys. I tried to flip the guitar around my shoulder this afternoon for dramatic effect and the guitar flew off and nearly killed my cat!!

I misread the post at first...technopimp is right...just slip the straps over the studs. The only reason one of them unscrews is so that you can screw it into the other side if you're playing left handed.
