RockBand 1 songs gone

Since a search doesn't work (it says I have less than 3 words I'm searching for but I have 6):

I've had Rockband Xbox since day 1. Previously bought the rights and transferred all songs to the Harddrive. Everything was fine until today. I got an error after picking a setlist that it could play some of the songs. When I checked, all the Rockband 1 songs are gone! All the downloaded songs and Rockband 2 songs are there. Where are they? I rebooted the xbox 2 times and they are still gone.

Screwy thing is I just played a mystery setlist and Dead On Arrival was in it and it worked? Obviously the music is there, I just can no longer see it when I pick a set list or play quick play.

Well, now they are all back. Go figure.
