Thank You For RockBand

I have a-lot of friends that started playing guitar hero because of how much fun I showed them it could be. Weve been playing guitar hero together now right up until Guitar Hero 3. Now I just got rock band on release day and set it up. Right away I had five or six of my friends in my basement playing. Before they all came over I wasn't having a-lot of fun, but as soon as we all started playing together it was a blast. I don't think i've ever seen my friends have so much fun just hanging out and playing a game. One of my friends who doesn't even care for guitar hero actually picked up the mic and was laughing and having a blast singing. Over all the best experience I have ever had in a video game and I just want to thank you for putting it all together. Not only that but you had the downloadable content on the first day with content planned out for every week. I think were going to be playing this for a long long time. Thank You again. I can't wait to see what your next project is going to be.

I feel the same with you guys. I've been practicing both drums and guitar. Singing not so much yet because i'm not familiar with the songs enough yet and don't know the words to most of them so I'm waiting for a bit before starting that. Anyway, It seems although that I had a lot more fun lately with my buddies all coming over to play an instrument then I have been playing solo. Partially becuase guitar is a lot easier and drums takes some getting used to and is an all new challenge. I havn't been getting the same feeling the same way when playing alone as much as when I play with a group. It's alot more fun and involving. Seeing everyone's personalized rocker, our band name in lights, and logo on the bass drum it's a completely involving expirience that you can't get from GH.



Besides the fact that you can't have a solo bwt, online bwt and the problems with the strum bar on the strat this game is a 10.

First Let me say, I truly feel bad for those folks that are having/had issues, and I respect their right to air thier angst and displeasure.

I myself have had no issues, and am having a blast. I had my brother stop over at 9 pm last night with his strat, and my original guitar hero buddy over. Needless to say, we didn't stop till 4 in the morning.
