All Rock Band songs

Could someone tell me how to get all the songs for Rock Band 2 w/o buying them from the playstation store (The only exception is the key card because I already have it).

Do you mean transferring your Rock Band songs, or unlocking the Rock Band 2 songs?

For the Rock Band songs, there will be an Export Songs option in the Options menu that allows the transfer of songs to Rock Band 2 for a small fee.

To unlock all the on-disc Rock Band songs, the easiest thing to do is play through the Challenges, particularly all the decade challenges as you unlock them (60s, 70s, etc.)

I actually think hes talking about DLC...and if so, you cant.

You have to buy it. Although, if you have a friend who has a decent amount of DLC, if you read the fine print, once they buy a song, it can be downloaded to 4 other PS3s. Just have them sign in on your console, and its yours.
