Anyways, I want to send both of them back to get replacements, however, whenever I call up the number provided at this website for EA, i go through the process and ask to speak to a representative by pressing the 0 key for the operator.
I dd this a day or so ago, and a woman answered, and she told me what I needed to do, and I wanted to do the credit card method, but I did not have my credit card with me, as i had left my wallet in my friend's car at the time.
So I called up today, as the drumset REALLY broke itself now, and when I go through the same paces... the phone hangs up on me. I tried my friend's phone, my home phone, multiple times, and every time, it gets to "please have your credit card or order information" etc. on the message machine, and then boom, phone hangs up.
Anyone know if this is just because it's near Thanksgiving or something or? I REALLLY want to keep on playing drums, but they're absolutely busted now, soo....
