Okay, based on the other games we're going to go w/ a 30 song set list. I won't use any band twice but I may put songs in that have been in the other GH games if I feel they would add to Rock Band.
First we'll start with the true cornerstones of Rock.
1) Rock and Roll by Led Zepplin
2) Hellter Skellter by The Beetles
3) Run Like Hell by Pink Floyd
4) Roadhouse Blues by The Doors
5) Paint it Black by The Rolling Stones
6) Free Bird by Lenard Skynard
7) Dream On by Aerosmith
8) I Want It All by Queen
9) Space Odyssey by David Bowie
10) A Matter of Trust by Billy Joel
Okay, now we hit the 80's
1) Pour Some Sugar On Me by Def Leppard
2) You Could Be Mine by Guns & Roses
3) I Don't Believe in Love by Queensryche
4) The Trooper by Iron Maiden
5) Modern Day Cowboy by Tesla
6) Wanted Dead or Alive by Bon Jovi
7) 18 and Life by Skid Row
8) Yankee Rose by David Lee Roth
9) Epic by Faith No More
10) Crazy Train by Ozzy Ozbourne
That was easy...now for more modern stuff. I know a lot of people will want to see some White Stripes and Radiohead, but none of that is realy my cup of tea and seeing as this is my playlist....

3) Black by Pearl Jam
4) Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana
5) Blind by Korn
6) Calm Like A Bomb by Rage Against The Machine
7) Suck My Kiss by Red Hot Chili Peppers
8) The Sickness by Disturbed
9) Head Like A Hole by Nine Inch Nails
10) Santeria by Sublime
Now I'm leaving out a TON of stuff that I'd love to see on here (Tom Petty comes to mind, as does INXS among others) but this is a good start.
* This would NOT be my first pick for a Tool song as I think Hooker with a Penis would fit much better, or if your going for epic songs, Third Eye would be an great for the stamina it would take to play it, but unfortunately neither of those songs got any radio airplay and the formers name alone would probably keep it off any playlist :)
