View Full Version : GH3 Guitar won't show up

So I bought Rock Band pretty much for the other guitar so I could play w/two guitars in Guitar Hero 3 and Rock Band. But my Guitar Hero 3 guitar won't show up in the 4th space in the game to play with 2 guitars. Vice versa my sweet Rock Band guitar won't work in Guitar Hero 3...

I am so angry! :mad:

This problem better be fixed soon...

its a problem on ur end, cuz I have no problems using my gh2 and my gh3 controller with rockband.

Uh, no.

The PS3 Les Paul is currently not compatible with Rock Band.

This has been discussed in probably 20 other topics on this forum. Do a search next time you have a question.

my bad, i totally forgot that they released this game on an inferior system :)

works perfectly on the 360 :)


just pokin fun about the ps2 tho.......

Inferior system, HAHA. How many times have you or one of your friends had your 360 sent back to Microsoft? Just figured I's ask since you'd like to start a fanboy thread apparently.

Did anyone ever answer your question about the GH3 guitar ever working with Rock Band? If they don't get this resolved soon, I'll get rid of my Rock Band really cheap on E-Bay!!!

Nope, I bought Rock Band because everyone I talked to at Best Buy and Game Stop assured me that the guitars would be compatible. Alas they are not...

The Guitar Hero guitars work with Rock Band. However the Rock Band guitar won't work with Guitar Hero 3, or in my case Rock Band either.
(360 Version)
