Code for 20 DLC doesn't work

I've had RB2 since the 360 release and since that point, I've been unable to successfully register for the 20 DLC. I decided to wait for the release on the other systems, but I still get the error "The code you entered is invalid or already been used." I've never been able to enter my code and no one else has attempted to. The code is easy to read, so that's not an issue.

Has anyone else had this issue or know of a fix? I tried the link to the EA support site, but all I found there was stuff for RMAs and hardware fixes. Is this a widespread problem or did I get shafted somehow?

Any help would be nice - thanks.

The 20 Free DLC won't be available until November 4th, so I wouldn't expect the code site to be fully functional until then.

If it's still giving you errors after the release of the DLC, then post back. But for now, don't worry :)

I guess that's true. But the way the site puts it, you should have been able to enter the code and your email, then when the songs are available, they'd send you the code for your console. I guess I've already waited 1 month for this site to work, what's another 2 weeks or so?

i got mine to work the first attempt at it. and the site was recently fix but as davidshek said dont worry too much until its released

For some reason I still haven't gotten an email from the site. I even tried to register two seperate emails and still neither have recieved any worl

I've registered 2 different email addresses 2 times for each email and still haven't gotten my email confirmation. I've even asked the EA rockband customer support and all I got back was an email saying they would check into it
