View Full Version : Music gets out of sync with graphics

Hey guys.. my first post here so be gentle.

My wife and I are running our Xbox 360 through our LG 720p plasma TV. After playing Rock Band for awhile there's a sort of clicking sound, like the static you get when wiggling a mic jack or something, and then the soundtrack (sounds and music) seems to get out of sync with the graphics, sometimes by just the tiniest fraction of a second (but still enough to throw my game off) and sometimes by a quite significant amount of time. We have the same problem when running Guitar Hero III on it, which I had finally come to believe (hope) was just a game issue, not something wrong with our connection or the way we're running the system. But since the same thing seems to be happening with this new game as well I'm terrified that this is just something that cannot be fixed while it's set up on this TV.

This is truly ruining my enjoyment of this game since everytime my "band" and I get in a groove suddenly it all gets out of whack and we have to restart the damned machine.

Please, someone tell me that there is an incredibly easy, "boy Haunt you're stupid for not figuring this out" kind of fix for this crap. I'm not going to be able to play this game if I can't find a way around this. (Preferably without having to buy a different $3000 television set please...)
