Anyway I have not really listened to the New Pornographers, but I absolutely adored their song on the 1st Rock Band. Some DLC would be interesting.

One of the best interviews Harmonix has done, but that seems to be the doing of the person they interviewed. He knew what he was talking about, and had actual interesting things to talk about. He didn't just say a bunch of stuff that all the fans would already know (I'm looking at you Dave.), he talked about Rock Band. Which is awesome.

Great interview. Very insightful and clearly he's a fan of the game. Loved the bit about the kids rushing the stage during "Electric Version".

AC Newman is the man. His solo stuff rocks, be sure to check that out if you love the New Pornographers.

I must say, I still love playing 'Electric Version' on drums. :cool:

I love the New Pornographers. I've seen them live several times, and I'd love more music from them.

But A.C. Newman has some great stuff on his own, too. "Miracle Drug" would be a hoot.

Im going to make my forecast now. Next tuesday has new-pornographers 3-pack. The following tuesday has The Presidents of the United States dlc 3-pack with Dune Buggy, Feather Pluck'n, and Ladybug. The interview is most likely going to be with them.

When I saw the New Pornos live in Chicago back in April, A.C. briefly talked about the game on stage:

"All right, you may have heard this next one. It's called "Electric Version." It's featured in a little game called 'Rock Band.' Millions of children have been forced to play this song. That is ... if they want to get to IRON MAIDEN!!!"

The last part was said in a deep, foreboding tone. Hilarious.
