Through a quick search, I found these and they are reasonably priced. Maybe an Idea

Wow, there's really a store called Guitar Center? I guess the GH3 store makes more sense now.

Apples please don't take offense or think I'm a homosheckual, But I find it cute that you didn't get to listen to much rock as a child and know hardly anything about guitars, It really makes my day/night when you post stuff like this :p you're my hero.

I'm not sure if these will work because of how they mount. Maybe on friday I will check them out to see if I can get one.

The way I see it, we are just trying to use anything that will work. You do not have to attach these the way its recommended for REAL" drums, we'll just have to adjust. Maybe do a little cutting to make them fit. Here's hoping......

It would have been great if they had a bit of give like real drums do. You know, just enough so a bit of tape could mute the sound a bit. Has anybody taken any old rags and taped them over the control yet? The problem with that, though, would be that there would be even less rebound.
You could always order about 100 ultra-thing mousepads from a site like this: http://www.mousepads.com/s.nl/sc.9/category.5/.f
Alternatively you could purchase a drum shield...

I say harmonix should sell specialized ones for the RB drums, because they are loud as hell.
I cannot play at night because it wakes people up!! I WANNA DRUM! And I am only lightly tapping lol

Of course not. Because buying 100's of mousepads is a viable option as well.

Absolutely, I checked it out, not a bad deal. But are they soft material and not that thin plastic stuff.......although a bit more expensive here is an option at officemax. Thin and soft and still gives the drum pads a nice look

Sorry, I took a look at these today. Garbage.....strike that idea. It would end up being louder with the plastic like material
