I signed up last night with my special code and all and never got an e-mail confirming that it was excepted so I signed up again today and I got this e-mail. When I clicked on the link it said:
There was a problem verifying your email address. Please note that if you completed the registration form more than once with the same key, only the most recent confirmation code sent to you will be active.
Does that mean it was excepted yesterday when I originally signed up?

I'm moving this to web support, they can probably help you. I didn't get my confirmation mail either when I registered earlier today, so there might be an issue with the e-mail server.

There's a FAQ link on the registration page that instructs you what to do in the event that something doesn't go right.

I just had this same problem. I think I figured out what's going on though. The website says to expect your confirmation email within an hour, and also suggests that we try a different email address if it doesn't work the first time.
Last night I put in my gmail address, waited an hour, and didn't get any email. As a result, I put in my school email (which forwards to my gmail account), and waited about 22 hours without getting a confirmation. Then, just now, I tried my Yahoo email account (which I prefer not to use).
After entering my code for the 3rd time, I went back to my gmail account to just check my email in general (having given up on getting my registration code there) and discovered that I had just received my confirmation email from my initial attempt (approximately 23 hours late). Unfortunately, since I've entered my code twice since then, I can't use that email to confirm and have to wait for my last attempt.
My guess would be that the OP gave up and tried his code a second time since his original attempt and now has to wait for the second email (which could take 24 hours, not 1 hour).
I hope this gets fixed, because it's stupid and confusing.

I just got my second email, almost exactly 24 hours after entering the key.
It looks like we had an issue with our e-mail server. Our IT team has been working on it and it seems as if things are in order again (though the e-mail queue is quite long).
If you are still having issues after a few days, let me know and I'll go prod 'em with a pointy stick!

thats what your supposed to get right now. the free dlcs wont be out until 11/4. then they will send a redeemable code for the dlcs

i registered my code the day i got the game, which was over a month ago. no email. so i tried re-registering as some have suggest and it says
"The redemption code you entered was invalid or has already been entered."
well no **** its already been entered....this is gaysauce.

Are you sure you typed it right?
Edit: By the way, I got my last confirmation email this morning and the link worked fine.

still have not recieved my confirmation, went through the process all over again to make sure all information provided was correct and recieved same error as previously mentioned.

some peoples codes haven't gone out yet. it was an issue beyond our control. however, rock gods willing, i think today is the day.

just did my code activation for the 20 free songs. Got my e-mail conformation but dont know how to get free songs. no voucher yet. have the songs been released yet. Date today is 11/06/08.

I confirmed my email address, and am still waiting on the code being emailed to me.

I have read that they weren't sending out codes until the dlc was actually ready to go up, but it seems like some people have received their code already. Is this an issue? Should I just chill and wait for the code? It has been over a month, please let me know!

Im still out of luck. http://register.rockband.com/ still thinks my email adress is incorrect and Ryan from EA customer service thinks my code is the problem.
I'd like to have some feedback on my issue please.
edit : yes bruce you need to chill and wait, they are sending the code trough email today. No one receive the code before today.

Now, this may or may not be the right place to ask this, but anyways, me, being paranoid, double checked and confirmed my email twice via the confirmation email. Is this going to affect me getting the 20 Free DLC in any way? Because I know that link is only supposed to be clicked on once, so I just clicked it again to make sure. EDIT: I'm using a Yahoo email account, if it matters.

Just got my email w/ code. Dunno if its because they JUST sent them all out or if it was because I re-clicked the link in the first email, but either way its all good!

finally got mine, after registering the code almost 2 months ago. woots, about freaking time. too bad ill be playing GoW2 for the next week till WotLK comes out..... /sigh

Still haven't gotten mine...what is the status of the e-mails. I signed up as soon as we were able to (over a month ago) and still haven't gotten the e-mail. I don't have a comcast e-mail address or anything. So what is the status?
