Hey there everyone... I unfortunately had a drum pad that didn't work straight out of the box. Disappointing, but I was really impressed by their replacement system they have in place, which really helped cool off the annoyance.
I was hopeful that the replacement would have shipped yesterday (I reported the non-working pad around noon on Tues.), but my UPS tracking # says that it has received the billing information for the package, and that's it as of now.
So, my question is just, has anyone's UPS package shipped yet? I have no doubt it'll be here some time next week, I guess I was just hoping to get it in while I still had the whole family home for the holiday...
Regardless, we WILL be rocking out over x-mas :-)
