No bass guitar on PS3 Rockband?!

There is no solo Bass tour mode if that's what you mean....but there is always quick play and multiplayer, so stop complaining.

He probably means that because PS3 GH3 guitars don't work, and individual Rock Band guitars aren't available yet, it's not possible to play bass on the PS3 (unless your band plays without a lead guitarist.) That's my guess, anyway.

I'm up in Canada, so I'm just hoping there's a patch or something before it comes out up here. I bought GH3 so I'd have a bass guitar, and am pretty annoyed since every game site said the GH3 guitar would be compatible (why oh why did they only test the 360?) It'd be interesting to go back through the Harmonix posts and see if they ever actually said specifically that the GH3 guitar would work, or whether they danced around it by talking about an "open controller standard" and fans just made the assumption. Perhaps since GH1 and 2 are Harmonix, they could come up with an adapter for those guitars. I'd be fine with that.

I know this has been posted in 500 other places, so I won't go on anymore. Hope this answered the initial poster's question, assuming that's what he meant.
