XBox 360 Different revisions?

I found this interesting.
I purchased My bundle from Sam's

My buddy got his from Target

His guitar is a lot more sturdier and has a solid Strum bar
Mine Has a Floppy Strum bar and feel flimsy.

Also his Drums Base Plate has Ribs in the Hole for gripping the legs.

Mine do not.

So I guess I am asking are there already different revisions?

Well we know they've been making them since at least september, so it's certainly possible there has been revisions in that time.
