Is it possible to hook up a USB headset (headphones with a microphone) to my PS3 and have the sound come out of the headphones instead of my A / V receiver? In addition, still be able to use the microphone (attached) for chat?
i have tested this Logitech Headset by inserting the USB into the PS3 and i verified that the microphone works in video chat. However,i cannot figure out how to make the sound come out of the headphones. Is that even possible with my setup?
My setup includes:
TV, PS3 hooked up to my A/V reciever, with a 5.1 surround sound.
Essentially, i want the sound to come out of my headphones instead of the surround sound.
