Power Ballads man!!!

Power Ballads were the scourge of 80s music IMO.

I mean how are we to believe that the drug addled womanizer who was the quintessential 80s rocker, could have the heart(or for that matter the clarity)to write these "epic" songs of love and love lost?

Now dont get me wrong, there are some good power ballads, but IMO most of them suck.

Anyone share my opinion?

Power Ballads are awesome to listen to when you want to relax or just listen to something a bit more melodic - vocally anyway.


....although....Most of them probably do suck.
