Ok, i understand guitar and bass
but drum whats the difference between easy and medium and hard and expert
and whats the difference in singing between them

In drums, easy mostly does not throw the bass pedal at you, except for when it's on the beat, and rarely along with a pad hit. Medium starts throwing the bass pedal in more during hihat/snare patterns and along with the crash. So basically, easy = less pedal, medium = more pedal.

For singing, the difference is how accurate your pitch needs to be. Easy is very forgiving if you aren't on key, medium a bit less so.
