RB2 360 guitar fret issue?

When I play on medium (I haven't tested the harder levels) and I press down the yellow and blue key at the same time (either top or bottom set) the game thinks i have red yellow and blue down, and it wont play the chord. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this an issue with the guitar, or with the game?

any help is appreciated. I've only had the game for about four days now, so I'm well within warranty, but I'm not comfortable putting in my CC for an unknown charge just to get the new guitar in. I also don't know how long it takes to get the new guitar and get my money back.

I am getting the exact same problem. When yellow and blue are held down the game shows red yellow and blue as held down and I fail that group of notes in the song

I was gonna say that maybe the frets are sticking but someone else has that problem, i'd say RMA it or take it back to the store you got it from.
