I can't make Bandmates/preview them.

Okay, so here is my problem.
I tried making band mates in the Merch Booth just to preview them a few days ago, it worked fine.

Yesterday, when I had the intention of buying the aforementioned figurine, it simply mentions "my figurine is being developed". I thought, "Ok, it will be fine, I'll come back in a day".

I come back today, no notification e-mails in my inbox, nothing. So I tried making another figure. The screen still hangs. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem - I want to buy a figurine!

Yeah, it's been doing this to me too for about 2 or 3 days now. It sucks because I finally broke down and decided to order one, and now it won't let me.
