No reciept

Yeah, so I have the wireless drums. I have problems with the blue pad dropping notes. my original set was fine ( and still is ) so I figured I'd RMA my drums and just use the other ones for now.

When i get to the site, they said I need a receipt. i didn't save it. I've never had a problem and didn't expect to. Obviously it's within 60 days, so why should I even need a receipt??

Is there anything I can do? Would Gamestop be able to re-print a receipt as proof of purchase?

becuase then I can rma my original wired rb1 drum set that u bought 3 months ago if they dont need a receipt. all warranties need a proof of purchase date.

im not sure if gamestop can print you another receipt, but you have a better chance if you paid by credit card and not with cash

iam returning my rb2 drums in the morning im sick of componies not doing what they say they are doing. all stores can fing your order just dont leave the store without it.

Anyway, without a receipt you might be boned. Try RMAing it anyway as maybe you'll get someone nice who will look the other way on the receiptlessness because, as you said yourself, it is obviously within 60 days. But don't get your hopes up, and learn the lesson - whenever you make a big purchase, keep the receipt until you're absolutely sure it's useless - generally 60-90 days.
