Yeah, I haven't had much problem with them on the phone. Website assistance is kinda slow but on the phone they're pretty good.

Unfortunately sometimees the quickest way to get things moving is to call companies up. It's just not always the quickest in the amount of time you have to wait on hold etc!

Actually talking to them always gets things accomplished. Especially if you're polite and don't chew them out for something that isn't their fault.

I actually just submitted a question on Sunday through the web site about some instruments I sent off in mid-September to be replaced. They actually responded that evening and shipped new ones yesterday. It looks like I'll be getting them tomorrow (UPS says tomorrow is the "Rescheduled Delivery" date... it doesn't say they attempted to deliver, but I wonder...).
I was pleasantly surprised that they got on it so quickly, even on a Sunday.

I called them last Thursday and e-mailed them a copy of my receipt and they got it within an hour and gave me a tracking number but it has not gone out yet. I called them and they said it would be a couple of days before it is shipped out. :(

I just had the same thing happen. Sent out my drum pads in mid-September and was beginning to wonder if I was going to get them back. I sent them a question on the support site and they apologized, started a new RMA, and shipped them out.
They're in IL right now on their way home! He said let there be drums...there was drums!
