The song is called "Little Mac's Confession" and is by swedish heavy metal band "Game Over". They heavily arrange old school NES music and add Lyrics. The result? Awesomeness. I've been listening to this song for 8 years, and me and my friends all agree that we would give some sort of body appendage for the pleasure of letting this song kick our ass on rockband.
