Very confused by a venue issue in my game.

I wanted to give the Endless Setlist a try.. but I can't find it!

Forums and websites I found online told me that ESL is in Moscow.. those same webpages also said it's where the Hall of Fame induction setlist is.

Here's where I'm confused. I'm looking at Moscow on my game and those items aren't there.

However, in Shanghai is the Rolling Stone Rock Immortals Challenge and ESL 2.

What is going on? Am I dumb? Did I miss something? Is my game borked?

the Rolling Stones Immortal Setlist (Hall of Fame) and Endless Setlist 2 are in Shanghai

but if you are talking about the Endless Setlist 1 its in Moscow in RB1 (cant play it in RB2)
