When it's broken?

Take the time to read that hot pink sheet. You can't possibly have missed it.

Seconded. When it doesn't work like it should, it's probably broken.

Yeah, there was a pink sheet as soon as you opened you box. If you can't find it I'm sure you can search for it and it'll come up or look in the forum for technical problems

Well the main problem with the guitar is that it's missing downstrums. Or that it isn't registering at all. The guitar could just use some breaking in like mine did. Also blow in the top and bottom of the spaces between the strummer to blow out any dust or pieces.

The problem with the drums is usually with the yellow pad or the red pad. Make sure you took out the two pieces of cardboard under the red and green pads. And if that isn't working tape down the edges of the red and green pads along the outside of the black plastic border that covers the pads themselves.

If all else fails you'll have to send them back to EA.

Breaking in? what did u do?

The first night I played with it I failed "When You Were Young" because it was missing every other stroke. But I played through it and practice on some of the harder songs where you have to trem pick and when I picked it up this morning it was perfect. I just figured it was like a baseball glove and needs to get the kinks out.

My GH3 controller was the same way.

kool cause my guitar is not working at times, where it just misses all the notes when u hit the strumbar, and nothing happens... and then a few seconds if not minutes later it starts working, its been going on since yesterday i think.
