I agree with these 4 immensely. Rush - Working Man is probably the best suggestion I've ever seen on this forum. ;)

you're probably the only one that i know that knows about the fall of troy's ghostship demos, but i personally would go with ghostship V instead of IV

I definitely agree with this lot, among others on your list. Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, and The Beatles are givens; it's likely there isn't a Rock Band player that wouldn't pay for one of those bands. I've been trying to narrow down a couple of the Portugal. The Man songs off of that album to see which would be best suited for vocals, guitars, drums, and bass. I'd go with either "Bellies Are Full" or "Children."
