I think that the title may mislead some people.
I am a trained vocalist, singing in recognized groups for fifteen years. I have been taught to sing classically and I'm currently working on my metal screams and death metal grunts.
I appreciate vocals, but I am not the kind of person who wants to be the center stage of a group. I am also a drummer and recieving lessons. I am still early on in my lessons, so I do not have the mobility of every limb to play the truly expert songs in Rock Band. On the other hand, I am only improving myself every time I sit at a kit or practice pad.
I am looking for a group who would like a drummer, and occasionaly, a back up vocalist. I'm not looking for a group who wants to be overly concerned with scoring full band full combo and gold stars on every song, but more just play the game for fun. Once in a while, I'd appreciate setting a goal for a song or two to and go for the top of the charts.
I do not have a favorite style of music. I can find enjoyment of any song from any genre.
