Ok this has nothing to do with RB. But does anybody know how I can contact a real human are redoctane because my GHWT drums are defective. And their phone number no matter what opion they give it you leads to a machine. And there online chat support is never online.

The problem with coming here is that no one cares about Guitar Hero: World Tour. Alas, that's why we're here and not there.

They have plenty of info on their site... Go to the forums and try there. All I know is, they make you pay for shipping and you get them back in 3-4 weeks.

Look around. This is the ROCK BAND forums. Most of us here are pretty loyal to HMX. And even if we weren't loyal, we wouldn't make an account here if we didn't enjoy the game.

And just to prove that us Rock Band people are nice guys, here's the link to the support website you tried to hard so to find but couldn't. Took me about 30 seconds. Now be gone.

Just get the drum calibration program and a usb-midi cable and you'll be all set. Unless your pads completely don't register at all.

On another note, are you really trying to pick a fight on a gaming forum? If I were you (and I'm glad I'm not) I would devote my time and energy to using the information I gave you in my last post to get my drums fixed. The info's there. The sooner you use it, the sooner you can get back to playing. Just a thought.

See, the problem is that you came to the ROCK BAND site, to ask a question about GUITAR HERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT... He wasn't being a douchebad like you state; he was just stating the obvious...

Also, it's not cool that you come in here to ask for help, start talking smack, then you get helped by the guy you talked smack to, and then throw out BS like "being up HMX's ass." The mods even left the thread open in hopes of you getting the info you need about their competition from this community, and you still came off worse than the 12 yr old boy you claim that guy is...

That guy didn't help me for one. And he started talking smack first. Look back at the forum. Any info you find off the website i've seen. Thats why I'm looking for someone that has alittle more knowledge then just looking at a website. I know people here go to guitar hero forums also. Hints why I came here.

It wasn't illogic. Its a fact that people here jump from GH forums and RB forums. And they both have good knowledge of both games.

I didn't get upset one bit. Just I stated at the first post that this has nothing to do with RB.

And he didn't try and help me. He gave me the infomation that I've known sence monday when I tryed to get ahold of them.

Because I figured they would post it on a forum or something. Which then if that one person looked over the forum in the past they would know exectly what to look for. Which then they could rely the number over to here.

i just got back from wal-mart and in addition to trying these drums along with it's respective game (not impressed), i had a short conversation with a young man who claimed he's stuck with broken drums and his best friend is on his 2nd set.
i was playing "heartbreaker" and he warned me against buying them because "they're total crap"... it was pretty funny.

if i happen to run into this strange, talkative teenager again i'll be sure to get the phone-number for you. :)
