I just went to sign up for my 20 free songs, and once again I'm getting screwed because of a bad script floating around Sony and there associates that thinks my email address in invalid.

Need a web admin to fix the bonustracks page. This email syntax is valid: "abcdefg_@server.com". I think the script gets hung up on the "_" before "@" and fails the validation for that, I've had this email address for over 10 years, its freaking valid!!

This topic seams to get the same HMX/Dev attention as the issue of not being able to back up the game save. Yet someone can't connect to Rock Central and they pop right up in that thread. Oh yeah, there they could say it wasn't their problem the those people can't connect to rock central, but with these issues they can't say that. I wish my job paid me to turn a blind eye to the things I could fix just to focus on the stuff I could gaf off as not my problem.

Most tech support that I've had answer my emails recently seem to me to be cheap/less that talented people that don't understand a technical question well enough to know what to do with it. I've had this email problem before and send them a link to the errored page and they still don't fix it. I had a recent problem with the R2 beta sign up and they ended up just sending me the code to download the beta, but would never answer the question of weather anyone was going to look into the problem to prevent it in the future. They think I just wanted in the beta or something, but I want them to fix the problem not manually circumvent it every time. Sony and several of their associates have had this problem starting about 2 years now and that f---ed up script is still floating around. I would not be surprised if one day use that script on the Playstation boards or PSN sign-in and I'm not longer about to use my accounts there that use my email address.

Oh, and yet another day that has gone by with blind eye toward this thread from all HMX/DEV folks on this board.
