random lag issue

Is any one else getting random lag or something similar to where there is a delay, you hit a note but the crowd meter still goes down, you sometimes cant activate overdrive, overdrive automatically activates when half full, and all of this happens about ever 15 minutes? Well this didnt happen the first day I played but it is now and I'm getting pissed off; I spent 170 for this thing and doesnt even opperate correctly.
