Guitar problem

I have a big problem with my guitar and the warranty is expired.

The guitar doesn't want to sync anymore.
We tried all the things to make guitar works (Everythings on the web site "support.ea.com").

Do you know what is the problem? Do you know something else that we didn't try?..... or we just have to buy another guitar (damn I don't want to...)
