Yes the code is gamertag specific if i am not mistaken, new code cost per gamertag.

You probably don't even need to pay the cost again, as long as you have the little piece of DLC which you paid for in the beginning, and unlocks the export ability.

but yeah, pay the 400MSP again and you're good to go, you can use the same disc as many times as you want.
