Unlockable clothing?

Just wondering if you unlock more clothing as you process through world tour or if you get all of it off the start. Wondering because I can't seem to find a legs match for the "Mistress of the Night" goth top for females. :(

Playing solo tours, it gives you all sorts of exclusive stuff, but it's typically brand-name t-shirts and freebies from the existing clothing racks. No new and exclusive items.

Anybody found some exclusive unlocks in BWT mode..?
