YO, EA/HMX, what can a Canadian do? I happen to live close to the border, so I went and bought the bundle on the US release date: nothing illegal there. I'm able to download the DLC: no legal issues there either. SO WHY CAN"T I GET MY GUITAR REPLACED??? I legally bought a product of yours, attempted to use it properly, and it's obviously of a poor design. All I ask is that you support ALL customers, not just US customers, and allow us to return our faulty product for something that actually works. (This is not a "poor canada" rant, I just want a guitar that works.)

have it shipped to someone you know in america, then have them send it to you... otherwise your SOL for right now.
