We played the Demo of Rockband for awhile at Wal Mart before it came out and the guitar with the demo was unable to do downstrokes... we assumed that since it was a demo someone mistreated it.

We get Rockband and rock out for about 3 hours and the same thing happens to ours.

This is obviously something that was known about pre-release, cheap ass non clicking pick.

To make it upto us add a downloadable Tool set =)

This cheap switch is sure to ruin the christmas of allot of kids this year.

guitar hero controllers work. I think we should all demand that our guitars are replaced with gen 2 wireless guitars when they are released.

i agree. Have not had a problem with my set but was concerned about it since reading reviews the night before release. As compensation for the trouble, they should send wireless type "B" controllers if available as replacements.
