EA support number?

My strat wouldn't downstrum, but it didn't really bother me because I like upstruming. Well now it won't do that either. Tried using the GH Les Paul (360) but it pales in comparison to the Fender....

So I tried clicking on the support/warranty page but nothing comes up. I've tried this several times. I'd like to go through the process of getting a replacement guitar but the page won't come up.

Can someone point me in the right direction? Is there an 800 number I can call instead? Any help would be appreciated.

according to the manual the support number you need to call is (US) 1-650-628-1001 http://support.ea.com/rockband is the link given as well for support. It states that its a 24/7 automated phone service for any warranty related questions. found on the very last page of the RB manual.

Hey thanks, called them up and have the replacement coming within a week. Hopefully this new one won't screw up as fast, but I have a bad feeling already....
