My guitar is broken, so I ended up getting the express delivery, but for some reason I didnt get the UPS tracking Number, and the email that I am suppose to recieve. Anyone know what the deal is?

They will probably send you the tracking number when they process it. I didn't get mine immediately either.

I'd bet there are thousands of people ordering replacement guitars so things are a bit backed up.

Yeah don't worry about it, I didn't get a tracking number or email when I put in my request Tuesday morning. I just called them and they gave me the tracking number over the phone.
