leader and not leader??

how do you choose to be or not to be leader when playing online... I really don't like being leader :( also is there way to be the 2nd guitar or as a dedicated bass player when joining online?

I have the opposite question, but still releated.

I can start a game online, and for all I know, I am the leader...
But when the other 3 people join in, the leadership is always taken away from me.
What is the deal with that?
How is that happening?

Guys, I think it is just random. For a while I was always the leader so I was trying to find the option to join a game rather than create one, but finally I had some games where it gave leadership to someone else. So I'd say it is just random.
