so yesterday my guitar broke and went to ea. i read it and did my credit card thing. i just briefly looked through this because i was tired and was in a rush, anyways not smart i know. anyways i did the rush delivery. i was just wondering to anyone that did this do they take money ( $100) from you credit card or account right away, then once they recieve the broken guitar, they replace the money? did i not see this in reading the stuff. there is 100 dollars charge in my account balance that doesnt make anysense excet for this and i dont want to overdraft. anyone?

the charge is just a "pending" charge of $100. If they receive the defective guitar back within 28 days, they do not charge you for anything.

As long as a charge is pending, it normally isn't deducted from your account. But since each bank is different, you should call your bank to find out about your particular situation.

Yes, they hold 100 dollars. Yes you get it back when you send back your broke guitar. And yes, it was not extremly clear that they held the money.

Does anyone know if the box they send you (either the one the replacement comes in or the empty one for you to send yours back first) is long enough for the guitar to fit with the head attached?
