i want to know if when you transfer the songs from rockband 1 to play on rockband 2 does it use up download limit to transfer them.

I don't see why it would. It's just transferring them from the disc to the HDD.

No, the only "download" that occurs is for the export key, which is tiny. The export itself takes place on your console, and doesn't get affected by your internet speed.

I'm guessing the amount of bandwidth used in a month? They're starting to do this in the U.S. but they have done this overseas for awhile now.
