I had no doubts that someone who plays drums IRL wouldn't have too much trouble with the GHWT set up. Willing to bet this guy does.

The concern is more with the average Joe trying to do this.

Managed to pull through Miss Murder on Performance Mode once, but that's about it. xD Kudos to this guy.

your RB kit has cymbals also- they just don't actually do anything.

As for the setup, seen from that angle, it looks like the hi-hat cymbal placement on the GHWT set is just fine. I haven't played it myself, but people were saying you'd have to go under to get to the red pad...it sure doesn't look like it from that guy's vid. It should still be more to the left though :D

If you look closer you can see his left hand being very far out to the left, and his right hand having to hit, you guess, towards the left side. I haven't tried it, but from what I've heard it doesn't feel natural at all. And, this guy probably plays real drums and has an easier time with adjusting to the angle and everything.

Good videos though, the pads on the GH kit actually make comfortable sounds! :)

I really like the GH design of the kit but it's flawed... as I played it after I got off of work at Best Buy. Not bad at all but it needs work. While RB's is unrealistic it's a little more versatile in what it can do.

2 Cymbals limited and 3 Drums.
4 Cymbals and 4 drums would rule... but that would be DrumMania rip off then

I don't know if it's in GH2, but it most certainly is in GH3, and I believe (but am not certain) that it's in RB2 (but not RB1).

It was in both GH2 and GH3. And as you can see from my video above, it's obviously in RB2 (but not 1).
