if i send my guitar in ill get a new one that wont go dead on me in six hours, right? cuz i dont wanna send it in wait all that time to get it back and have it break? i know this has prolley be posted 1,000,000,000,000 times but i need an awnser asap

you hold on to your guitar until they send you the replacement. you put your old guitar in the box that they send you and you send it back. there's not time inbetween where you won't have a guitar

The catch is that you need a credit card as a deposit. That way, they can charge you if you don't send your broken guitar back to them.

I also love the fact that they are sending them two-day air and not by Pony Express (like Microsoft did for my console).

I figure it's because of the holiday, but I asked for a replacement Tuesday morning and it still has not left EA (according to the UPS tracking number they provided me). Hopefully, once they get these rolling, replacements will happen much faster.
