360 actually has three usb ports and the 360 supports usb hubs, which most people recommend using a self powered unit (has an external power supply) to ensure a steady connection iirc

however, the rock band strat will be wireless, as will most likely the microphone. which means you'll only need two (one for the drums?) and one for your gh2 x-plorer if that's your 2nd guitar. i personally am hoping the wireless les paul is also compatible.

Guitar is supposed to be wireless, so that takes up one "wireless" port
Mic will likely be wireless, that will take up another "wireless" port.
Bass would be either wireless or wired depending on if you're using the GH2 controller or another Rock Band one.
Drums are way more than likely going to be wired. That will take up a wired port.

Either way, there will be 2 wired, 2 wireless, or 3 wireless and 1 wired. It all works out.
