Offspring DLC Problem

I just downloaded the Offspring 01 Track Pack and when i highlight it in the song list or try and play it it the game goes to a loading screen that isnt the one before the start of a song then goes to the main menu and tells me this...

The song data you were accessing as become unavailable, and the game cannot proceed without it. Your game session has restarted.

I've re downloaded and deleted it and it still does the same thing... I'm starting to worry because if spent 440 Microsoft Points on a track pack i cant even play!

how did you fix this problem? i bought some songs and can play them on my gamertag but my gf cannot play them on hers.

bump.

i bought most of my dlc off my tag, and it gives me this screen on every song that is not from the Rb2 disc.

it works great on my brothers tag, but not on mine.
