Well looks like they are shipping out a lot of replacements today I got my Tracking #. So Hopefully I can be jamming on the guitar by Monday or however long it takes for shipment!

ehh.. a bunch of people already got their tracking number, the question is.... if you've gone to ups.com and looked up your tracking number. see what it says there. if it says billing information recieved then no, your order hasn't shipped yet. however, if it says it shipped than great! hopefull you do get it soon, check out my topic below this one. the one that says "The Official "I ordered a replacement guitar and I'm still waiting or got it" thread

Did you originally call to get a replacement or fill out the online forms? If online, was there no tracking number when you finished filling everything out (that's what happened to me)?

Sorry long day responding now. Yes when I did it online it never gave me a tracking number I had to call to get it

For those of you that may not know...unless EA shipped your replacement out on Wednesday, the won't be going out unitl Monday at the earliest. UPS did not run Friday, except for next day air stuff. I have also ordered my replacement this morning, but I don't expect it to ship until at least Tuesday (what with all of the back log that they must have).

I put my in my request for a replacement guitar last night, and I don't know about you guys or which method of shipping you used but when it was completed they gave me my tracking number right away. The express way was clearly the way to go as you get the guitar with 2-day air shipping, now let's hope all of these guitars are brand new and have the problem fixed.

As long as they have enough guitars available to replace the broken ones. If I have to wait more than 3 days to receive a new guitar, I'm really going to be pissed!

mine is still stuck at 'billing information received', and i submitted it around 7pm on launch day.

Unfortunately, just because you got a tracking number doesn't mean it's shipped (or is going to ship anytime soon?!). If you check your tracking number at ups chances are it'll say something like: Billing Information Received. Which means it has NOT shipped yet.
