If you are having problems with the usb hub be sure to plug the port in slot 1 of the usb ( Top ) and be sure that the xbox is off. after the hub is hooked up power on the xbox, the little green light should come on that is located on the to left corner of the port...when you see this plug your instruments in and your all set......
The xbox must be off before you plug in the hub so upon power up it can recognize it.
5 of my friends had the usb hub not working thing and after i told them how to properly hook it up, there all working now...
So if you havent done this try it, it will work.
