that's amazing. I suggested 2 of those songs (Mississippi Queen and Don't Dear the Reaper). This game is gonns rule. Now all we need is UFO-Rock Bottom and Deep Purple-Highway Star and i'll but this game for $300

I wonder if there's different HUD's for the 360 and Ps3 versions? Why is it different? I kind of liked the old one more but this one is cool still

It was 2:30am and I was all ready to go to bed... Why did I have to check the forums one last time b4 sleeping? Now I'm gonna be up til 4 listening to the newly announced songs, then some of the earlier announced songs... Then I'm gonna be so hyped up I'll watch the welcome to the jungle a few more times, ogle the screen shots some more, listen to songs again and repeat.

The only one I have is the Bowie song, its one of the better Bowie songs. Should've saved Ziggy Stardust for RB.

Up until it's been the worst day of my life (seriously).. I won't say that this makes the day better, but it does take the edge off. Suffragette City is an excellent choice.

The characters look better as well.. i dunno if it's because they've been tweaked or just the angles (I still want lots of options to scuzz up my character tho). I like the muted designs on the fretboards too

The thinner on-screen notes look interesting as well

This report on IGN is really amazing and promising. I really like that you can create an Avatar to play as. As well as the new songs announced. I love that they are trying to get as many orignals as possible. The most impressive thing is the 100+ downloadable songs in a year, I don't know if that is going to happen or not ( I mean just look at GH II's DLC on Xbox, although I guess that isn't good to go by because after all it is only GH II) but if it does happen or even if they only have half as many songs as long as they are good and fun to play I'll be really happy.

I'm also getting more and more excited to play the drums, the fact that playing hard/expert basically gives you the skills to play real drums is very cool, and thats what I'm looking forward to the most. I can't wait to see what we hear from E3 next week.
