it says its invalid.. i mean come on... i contacted ea and they have yet to get back to me... this sucks!!!!!!!!!
Mine said the same thing. Then I tried it again without re-entering the code and it worked.
Seems to be a bug. Just try again.
Have you tried typing it in again? If it doesn't work, could you post your EXACT error message? Thanks!

I'm not the OP, but I've tried entering my code several times today and keep getting the same error. I get past the first screen, fill out the survey, and then see the following:
There was a problem saving your registration code. Please try again.
Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks!

EA has the most lousy tech support I've ever seen. Here is my results:
From me:
I received my 20 free download bonus song code in my e-mail, and attempted to download my songs. The code worked the first time, but I did not have enough storage space so I had to delete something. Afterwards, I tried it again and the code no longer works. Could you please do something about this?

I am currently using the NXE dashboard and the redeem code is not working for me. It may either be that or that I am Canadian and the content hasn't been released for me. I don't know, just know the code doesn't work.

My code doesn't work for me either (Xbox 360 version here). I enter my code at the page http://register.rockband.com/ and I get
The redemption code you entered was invalid or has already been entered.
I purchased this game on launch day from Best Buy myself, so it's definitely not been used by anyone else. I submitted an email to gamestore@custhelp.com and got a "yeah we received this" email, we'll see what happens.

I'm in the same boat. Canadian and using the NXE dashboard. The exact error is:
"Code Not Valid
This code cannot be used for this offer. Please enter a valid code."
Tried it multiple times, simply by entering it from the Redeem Code from the Marketplace blade from the guide button.

Canadian with the NXE here too, it's not working. I think the problem might be with the NXE... since I tried entering the code from a US account, and it didn't work either.
Canadian NXE exclusive feature! ...okay maybe not, but I'm just glad to know the problem is known at this point.

Me either-I enter the code and it says its invalid. And what is with the FAQ page saying to go to the support page for help but all its for is for faulty gear, nothing else?

I'm in the same boat. On 360, old dashboard, I've entered the code repeatedly and get "invalid code" every time. The EA support site has nothing about the DLC and the "contact us" link doesn't even provide a form or e-mail address to contact them.
Are the codes being activated in batches or something?

Adding to the list of users posting here with invalid code message...
When I enter the code I got in my email, I keep getting a "This code cannot be used for this offer. Please enter a valid code."
Anyone else seeing this? I'm in the NXE preview program. Is it because of NXE preview (slightly different menus...a bug?) or something else? Note that I was able to enter the code for the AC/DC track pack download in this exact screen and it worked just fine.

My code doesn't work as well. You can see the error I get here (http://www.destructoid.com/elephant/photo-m.phtml?post_key=110555&photo_key=69291). (I have double-checked the code a few times.)
It's not the end of the world, but I would like this problem solved soon, since Rock Band is my life and I will die if it's not*.
* This is an exaggeration, but I'll send HMXSean naughty text messages at 4am every day starting Saturday, November 8 unless this gets resolved soon**.
** I will not actually do that.

I am having trouble too. Here is the exact error message: "This code cannot be used for this offer. Please enter a valid code." Using NXE and entering code from guide button / marketplace / redeem code. This seems like the only place to redeem codes on NXE. Please help, Harmonix! I've opened a ticket with EA but I'm not going to hold my breath for them.
Are all NXE users experiencing this? Yar!

My code isn't working either. I'm on the NXE dashboard as well. I sure wish Harmonix didn't screw up everything they do. Sure, I love the games and hate Guitar Hero, but they are just becoming way too unreliable.

I'm a Canadian NXE Preview Program user ... and me too my 20 DLC code received by email doesn't work. I've tried the AC/DC Pack code and this one worked well.

I just called the phone number listed in the NXE email and they told me all that could be done is to submit a bug report on connect.microsoft.com. I found cyberboz had already submitted one so I used the validation option on his report. Perhaps if enough of us NXE users go validate the report, they will take a look at this sooner. Exactly same problem, 'cept I'm in Southern California. I've also got the NXE, and I get the message "The code cannot be used for this offer. Please enter a valid code."
EA support immediately responded letting me know that I'd get the email soon. I repeated that I've already received the email, but the code doesn't work, and now I just got a notice that it will take an investigation and could prolong any solution. Yaay.

Told them i'm looking at rb forums and alot of people have them and was told i was lying or everyone on the forums was lying... i still have not recieved my code and looks like I never will.... hello gh:wt maybe i'll have better luck with them.

I hear there will be a fix for this tonight, however I cannot expand on this nor can I confirm anything. Best bet is to try the redeem code again tomorrow morning or later on tonight. They say this is not an NXE specific issue.

I am on NXE Preview and was having this problem too. Tried it again just now though and it worked. I'll bet MS didn't activate the NXE codes right away (as NXE and Old Dashboard probably have to have their own Marketplace back-ends just because of how different they are).
So the point is, everyone having this problem should try again now. It should now work on NXE.

Yeah i don't get why my code was only 12 digits of the 25 I think fills it up (360). Is this everyones and has anyone found out how to enter the right code?

I was on the old dashboard when I posted last night, but it did eventually work. What I did was sign off XBL and then resigned on and re entered the code.

Yup, just checking in here to let everyone know that it works. Got this statement from Microsoft, in case anyone is wondering what the deal was:
“With the high demand surrounding redeemable codes on Xbox LIVE, we have had to prioritize making them available to the public and current dash users first. Therefore, the select few with access to the New Xbox Experience preview may experience a lag when attempting to redeem codes. If you have access to the New Xbox Experience preview and are unable to redeem a code, you should wait for a couple of hours before attempting to redeem it again. We do not anticipate this to be an issue once the New Xbox Experience launches on November 19.”
So there you go.

The email I got from harmonix gave me a 12 digit code instead of 25 which didn't seem right, did anyone who had the same code get it to work?

I also have a problem redeeming my code. I am from mexico (dont know if this is the problem) and logged in in my master account the following message appears: The code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. Please check your entries.
I am the first one to register it and checked if i had entered the correct code
