Thought some people make like to know how I manged to quiet down the drum stick taps on the pads somewhat.

I took some of my sons erasers. . . the kind that fit on the back of a pencil and over the original eraser pencil.

I toom 2 of those and slid them over the ends of the sticks then wrapped ends of them where they connect to the stick in electrical tape to hold them on. I rubbed the eraser down till they were somewhat rounded. I then covered the remaining eraser in electrical tape. seems to have dampned the noise and also, it makes the sticks more bouncy. To me anyway.

thought someone may like to try it.

I need to try to find away to dampen the noise of the pads themselves. If I discover anything, will post my findings.

Does this fix allow for enough bounce for single stroke rolls?

Can you do pretty well in hard mode with this fix?

Drum rods might help with noise cancelling, idk about bounce, probably not but who knows worth a shot.
