Rock Band 3 Idea That Keeps RB 2 still worth playing.

Hear me out and throw some feedback at me.

What if RB3 is not a World Tour game but instead when Rock Band 3 comes out the idea is to put on a Sweet Rock Show.

So first you not only export your songs from RB2 onto your hard drive but your band as well. Your band is now promoting and headlining it's own Cross Country tour with a sweet Rock Festival at the end. Or Rockaplooza. Or Rock Band Brouhaha or ..anyways.

At first you can book 1 band to open for you and as you unlock more RB3 songs you can book more bands and bigger concerts at larger venues with more lights big screens fx and buy fireworks and pyros and stage sets etc etc.

When you unlock all RB3 songs you can book a weekend long festival where you play your own 50 song endless setlist.
25 Random Songs.
25 Chosen Songs.

Btw the Cross Country Tour is in the country of Iceland. Small country less cities less memory taken up. Or mabye it should be in just 1 city.

Oh whoops I left out the 2nd part of the idea. The World Tour in Rock Band could continue with a downloadable expansion pack of new city venues and new clothing sets.

the iceland thing was a joke. I meant just don't tour as many cities as in RB2 stick to a smaller tour. Cross North America or just Europe.

The idea to export your band is a great suggestion, & more venues, clothes & instruments would be awesome but to follow a story would be a little to GH for me.

wow i freaking love that idea , maybe dont drop world tour but add this in as well as another mode , cause th if they do ever do a rock band 3 and they just keep doing world tour and only world tour that would eventually become stale , like sports game have many different modes , rythm games should too , as they are arguebly as big as sport games now, in terms of the amount of people playing them

Or... RB 3 will let us import all our RB2 songs, add new features, and basically turn the RB2 disk into a massively discounted DLC pack.

Interesting as your game idea sounds, I actually don't want it, I'd prefer the classic RB way of doing things.

I think it would be sweet to be able to make your own stage set and have pyros you could set off at certain parts of songs. Buy cool video screens.

I like the exporting band idea, the rest is kind of blah. But since MTV now runs the Bonnaroo festival and they are part of rock band, would be awesome if you could play the bonnaroo festival! Sadly mtv pretty much ruined bonnaroo, metallica mastadon and clutch shouldn't have been there, I like those bands but seriously it's a hippie/music fest.
